All too often we complain about poor service, so its about time we shouted from the rooftops when we have a positive retail experience.
I have to give a big pat on the pack too vikki at capture the magic, her service is excellent and all of the goods on the site are in stock and have always arrived within 48 hours.
Anyone wanting to add a pat on the back to a craft supplier please feel free to add a comment to this post.
i love her shop. we have been down to look round her warehouse several times - a big group of us goes. if you want to ocme along next time just give us a shout. prob wont be going til march now to recover form christmas and stampin up party!

they have a retreat coming up in march if ua re intrested in scrapping - i am going to it!
