The weekends that is. Here we are Tuesday already and the weekend a distant memory.
Friday night we had a crop & craft at my house, a big thank you to Michelle, Angie & Emma who were able to make it along, crafting with friends is so relaxing & I definately find that the sweets & goodies help the creative flow.
Saturday I was working and we had a demo day with my friend Dawn, as always she was very busy & I came home inspired, not that I have managed to finish any projects yet as the card orders just keep rolling in.
Sunday was a chillaxin day, I continued to work on my stationery boxes, they are nearly finished.................... I promise, but instead of finishing one completely I went off at a tangent as I'm prone to do & started a second box.
In the afternoon I had a reiki treatment, I broke my toe last saturday & have been in agony all week especially as I'm on my feet all day & I had had two migraines and a headache all week, so I was definately in need of some TLC. The Reiki treatment lasted about an hour & was definately a totally chilled experience I just drift off to another place. Since the treatment I have not had another headache. So I am looking forward to Saturday for my 2nd treatment.
Off to my stampers 10 class tonight & another meet up with my crafty girlies. I'm off to work in a minute & I hope for a calm day to allow my Reiki to continue to work it's magic..................... So NO parking that funny bus outside my shop again, sane polite customers only today ................Please.

I'm still here
I'm still here...................... I have just finished a mammoth order for 125 wedding invitations in two different designs & as I sit here looking at the finished piles on the table I am silently saying my prayers that the courier comes back today with my envelope delivery.
I have a backlog of projects I'm wanting to start but before that happens I guess I should finish all of the projects I have started, lots of new goodies from Stampin' Up to play with & loads of new products at work have all combined to get my creative juices flowing..................that is until I sit in my Stampin studio & i'm sure my mind will go blank.

An amazing experience
What an amazing day we had yesterday, as a family we all went out to Banham zoo, they had so many babies & all the animals were very active except the Tigers which are Pauls favourite. My Sister in law paid for the 4 children to get up close & personal with the Giraffes in their new exclosure & feed them. They all loved it & agreed it was the best experience ever. The giraffes were inches away & truly amazing creatures.
We have our Grandson for his birthday weekend and he loved feeding these gentle giants, so I made his Birthday card with pictures from the feeding frenzy & then he went & had his face painted to look like a Giraffe.
If you are fortunate enough to go to Banham zoo, it is well worth paying the extra to feed the giraffes especially while there is a baby in the pack.

Stampin' Up Shares
Thank you to everyone who took part in the last two paper shares I have run with the lovely new Stampin' Up papers & ribbons.
I currently have a marker share running that needs 3 more participants where you purchase your markers as part of the marker share & then eacj month one of the participants gets the carry case, which is not only a great way to store the pens in the colour families but as they are double ended pens they need to be stored horizontally as it proplongs there life.
I also have a designer paper share running which needs 8 people to participate.
I was wondering if anyone has some of the goodies on their wish list that they would like me to run a share of. I am open to all suggestions the only criteria to put a share together the products must all be divisable by the same number of participants.
I look forward to hearing your suggestions.

The crazy lady is let loose in Tesco's
If anyone was watching me this morning whilst wandering around Tesco's they would have been on the phone to the funny farm to get the men in white coats to come and get me.
I have seen these amazing card boxes / bin on peoples blogs and also there is a thread about them running on ILWS.
Box 1
Box 2
So there I was before work this morning combing the aisles of my local Tesco with a packet of c6 envelopes in my hand measuring all of the boxes to see if they fitted the bill for this project, I carefully emptied the boxes & e stacked the shelves. I found 3 that were suitable but the one I really wanted was full. So back I went after work & it was half empty, again i carefully re stacked the shelves & took the box. The checkout assistant thought it was hilarious & was intrigued why I wanted them, when I explained she thought it was a cool idea.
I can only imagine what the security guards were thinking if they were watching the cctv footage.
So next time you see someone acting odd in a supermarket........................It could be me on another mission to find something to alter.

Crafts are here
Crafts are here, crafts are there,
My craft supplies are everywhere.
I really should clean this mess,
but I like it I confess.
Floor is littered, chairs are piled,
Kitchen's looking pretty wild.
On the table, counter too,
Seems that any place will do.
Hall is stacked with cartons high,
filled with things folks like to buy.
Garage is full, but so far....
there's still room to park the car.
I never have an idle day,
New ideas come my way.
Don't know yet what I'll create,
but my imagination's great.
My family smiles, they don't complain,
although at times I am a pain.
but when all is said and done,
I really am a crafty one!
I"ve been visited
