Fur babies update week 6

Warning !! A picture laden post with a cuteness factor of +20

Wow have these little ones changed since I last updated you on their progress. Both PB & Jelly are awake more & more each week, which is especially nice once I come home in the evening as they love to play. They like the simple toys that life has to offer like the brown packaging that comes on top of the Stampin' Up box, they also love the box itself to play hide & seek in.

They can both now jump on the Sofa for a cuddle & now don't depend on a denim clad leg to climb up.

The magazine rack is another of their favourite playgrounds, happily shredding magazines & then sleeping in the mess they have created.

Both peanut butter & jelly are now eating solids for 3 meals each day, Jelly was initially reluctant to eat solid food, but last Thursday she tried it for the first time & now there i no stopping her. She does have to be quite quick to eat her food as Peanut butter has a huge appetite & if we don't watch him then he will finish his & then start eating her dinner.
Sunday was Mothers day & I had some beautifully wrapped presents from Dan & Abi, Peanut butter loved the fancy ribbon & floppy bow Abi made & is still dragging around the lounge.

I was amazed on Sunday evening to go into the kitchen & see Jelly in the litter tray doing a tiny poo, considering she was just 5 weeks & 6 days old, that was a lovely surprise, I am sure we will have accidents but that is a good start.
Peanut butter & jelly love to chase each other around in the lounge & they have also tried playing with Sassy, who is still a little unsure of them.
If you sleep in the kittens bed Sassy, you have to expect to sleep with a kitten !!
This week has also seen the kittens become aware of the Television, whilst the football was on earlier in the week, they were both sat in front of the TV with their little noses up against the screen trying to chase the ball & players.

I am still amazed at how much these little fur babies have changed in 6 weeks & how much they've learnt.
Only moments before this picture was taken Jelly kitten was laying on the back of the sofa in the sun cleaning herself & then she lost her balance & slipped off.

I am really enjoying your kitten diaries. The kittens are just adorable and I have loved reading about their blossoming personalities!

Crafts are here

Crafts are here, crafts are there,

My craft supplies are everywhere.

I really should clean this mess,

but I like it I confess.

Floor is littered, chairs are piled,

Kitchen's looking pretty wild.

On the table, counter too,

Seems that any place will do.

Hall is stacked with cartons high,

filled with things folks like to buy.

Garage is full, but so far....

there's still room to park the car.

I never have an idle day,

New ideas come my way.

Don't know yet what I'll create,

but my imagination's great.

My family smiles, they don't complain,

although at times I am a pain.

but when all is said and done,

I really am a crafty one!
