Dont panic family......................., it's not me who's pregnant.
Abi & I have just been to our first baby shower to celebrate the imminent arrival of Emma's new baby.
This was a first for me, so I didn't know what to expect but had a great time, Emma however only just made her own baby shower as an hour previously she was on the labour ward at the N & N hospital.
We played baby related games & ate cookies. I must say a big thank you to Angie for inviting us, & considering you organised the games you were surprisingly bad at the name game he he!!
We have even been invited back to church activities despite Abi's religious tourettes. When she dropped something she said " Oh god" & when I frowned at her she realised what she said and said " Oh Jesus", when I said ABI!! she said " oh hell"
These aren't words in her usual vocabulary but like me when we are with our friends who are religious we try very hard to make sure that we dont swear, I think these words are on the tip of our tongue as words we shouldn't say & because were thinking about it they just pop out.
